I find umbral intensify is a great mod in general, it's like 150% of regular intensify before the set buff, and comes with no drawbacks like corrupted mods. It also allows for much stronger builds based around strength, or simply with less downsides to compensate for. You can fit two umbral mods without an umbra forma if you forma every other slot.
